Our full-service game night packages are engaging and exciting nights of immersive fun designed to maximize engagement, increase patron tab amounts and build a larger loyalty group for your ongoing game nights.
We will work with you to review past game night performance to find the areas that can be augmented or expanded on the designated game nights as well as providing incentives for game night attendees to return on non-game nights.
We will have business performance discussions with you on the benchmarks that are currently in place for game night revenue expectations and work with you to find new ways to increase new attendance and return attendance.
Provide in-game incentives (points, raffle tickets, etc.) for teams/players that take advantage of those items that you want promoted, pushed or consumed throughout the night.
We will have week over week discussions with you to review the game experience as well as how revenue performance was against the various in-game activities we are pushing the players to do, purchase-wise.
Develop specific programming that can be added to your business offering including gaming components for private events, wedding parties, corporate outings and fundraising experiences that you as the business can offer and charge a premium for. We will handle the game experience portion of the event for you.
Leading up to game night, we will provide you with social media posts for your social media platforms that will include information on what the various round themes will be for the upcoming game night. We will also make an announcement about the 'incentive action' that we will be doing that night if a certain level team counts are realized. This usually comes in the form of a drawing during the game for a prize that is related in some way to one of the game's round themes. A free multi-point answer is included at the end of the social posts.
We work with your location to maximize the on-site technology (audio and video) so as to minimize our footprint on game night so you can maximize the table/stool count. We can provide display screen and speakers if necessary.
In the time leading up to the start time, we observe participants and help them to create the best table and seat configurations so as to not waste any seats for game time.
In the hour leading up to the start time, we visit each team table and perform our on-boarding activities with them that includes giving them their QR code to scan with their device to enter the game app, distribute any game-within-the-game challenges (side contests to keep non-players entertained and in their seats), have a scan code for the team to visit your social media sites to learn about the free multi-point answer to increase visit potential week-over-week to those social sites and to give them paper and pencils to assist with their answer tracking and input into the gaming app during each round. We give each team an abbreviated version of how game play works and what they will be doing throughout the night so when they hear the longer version at the start of the game, they would have heard it twice.
Once the game starts, we go over the instructions and rules in detail, we go over the various rounds they will be playing, we instruct them on naming their teams on the app, getting onto the house WIFI and finally explaining the game-within-the-game challenges to earn bonus points or to win extra prizes outside of the game.
The game commences and our game-master controls the app screens on the player devices by enabling each round's answer screen, closing those rounds and sending the grading answers immediately back out to the devices. We also have a member of our team remotely monitoring every answer that is submitted on the app. We make any adjustments based on the discretion of that team member to award points based on alternate answers or 'almost-there' spelling on proper names. The game ends with a final Jeopardy-style ending and the finals scores are posted on the app screen and the top ten team countdown is announced. Winners receive their prizes and any game drawing prizes are awarded. We collect all of the materials that were used for the game so as to leave a 100% clean footprint from our part of game night.
We photograph the prize-winning teams and provide you with social posts for each of your various social platforms for the winning teams, in-game crowd shots and any special drawing winners.
During the week between each game, we correspond with you via email to see how the revenue and attendance performed against the intended benchmark and we make any augmentations or changes as per that data.
Social media posts are provided to you with all of the incentives (as outlined above) for the players to read about the game, see what the special drawing prize is and pick up the free multi-point answer.
Participants of your game simply show up for game night. We onboard each team and give them the game materials for that night's game.
The team or individual simply points their device's camera at the QR code to enter the gaming app. Only one device is needed per team.
Our game-master goes over the procedure to join the WIFI and choose team names, the game rules, the game round themes and the in-game contests.
We then start the game and proceed through the rounds as per our customized plan for maximizing the game time window and purchase behavior we intend for the players.
After each round, team answers are automatically graded and sent back to their devices and we go over the answer on the TV screens so each team knows where they are at in the standings throughout the game.
Ranked listing of the teams and their final scores are displayed on the app screen for the participants to see. The top ten team countdown is made via the game-master. Any necessary tie-breakers are made for prize positions.
The prizes are awarded to the winners of the game and in-game drawings. Pictures are taken of all the winners and the social media posts are created and emailed to you the next day.
We will contact you via email after the game to follow-up on how the game performed against the intended benchmarks. We make any procedural and game adjustments leading into the following week.
We offer add-ons for your game nights that both act as enhancements to the gaming experience as well as drivers of repeat business on off-game nights.
Early Bird Trivia: starting one hour prior to game time, we distribute early bird question sheets that the teams can play for bonus points in the game because they are at the venue eating and drinking prior to game time.
In-Game Contests: we offer a themed doodle contest during each game where the winner will receive a free brew during the following week's game night.
Food Truck (or in-house kitchen) Incentives: all patrons who partake in the food truck or order off of your menu will receive a custom card that will have one free, high-value answer to a question in the game's last round as a thank you for their purchase.
Non-Game Night Code Words: we work with management to identify slower traffic times at your venue to offer a code word worth a preset number of game points on game night for a purchase of a food item (from your kitchen if applicable) or a designated beverage from the bar.
Hidden QR Code Days: once per week on a non-game night, we will provide a QR code that can be hidden someplace on a wall at your venue. Social media announcements are made to let people know what day the code will be available and patrons can scan it to reveal a high-value answer for the next prevailing game night.
Bartender Factoids and Quizzes: we work with management to identify which staff members will working on game night and we have them provide us with a unique factoid about themselves that the patrons will try and guess throughout the night by interacting with them and the staff. If the teams discover the factoid, they are rewarded with a nominal discount to return on a non-game night for a discounted beverage.
In-Game Raffles: prior to each game, each team will get a raffle ticket. During game-play, we raffle the designated prize for that game night. Prizes are provided by us and are pop-culture items such as a Dunder Mifflin Dundee trophy, bobble-heads from popular TV shows and movies, etc.
Merchandise Raffles: between game rounds, we will call raffle ticket numbers and the winner will come to the front of the venue and play a mini-game for the chance to enter into a drawing for some venue merchandise. Games include high-low card, match the prices, order 'em up, etc. Each game is designed for audience participation and engagement.
Mini-Bingo Rounds: In between game rounds, we play a mini-bingo round on a 4x4 or 5x5 bingo card. The winner of the mini-game will receive a bounce-back card that will allow them to come back on a non-game night for food or beverage discounts.
HOA / Gated Community Discount Cards: for our larger Home Owner's Association and gated community clients, we will print and provide credit card sized cards with your branding that will attract new patrons by giving them a discount for every visit they make to your venue. The cards will be distributed by the community's Lifestyle Directors and will also be used as prizes for their internal games and events.
Private Bus-In Games at Your Venue: we will work with our existing HOA/gated community clients to offer a private event at your venue during designated off-peak times. The experience will include a ticket price for transportation, food and beverages plus an hour of gaming.
Immersive Ticketed Events for Your Patrons: we can provide a private event at your location for one of our immersive experiences including our Mafia Murder Mystery Night or our Bank Heist Caper. The events will include the game, prix fixe menu and drinks.
the app makes it easy. It eliminates the wait times that typically come with other dated trivia and event experiences as there are no answer sheets and no manual scoring/grading needed. More engagement, more game content and more incentivizing our intended patron behaviors throughout the night.
