Our custom built game experiences go way beyond your average trivia game! Whether you choose our in-person games or our virtual games, your members, families or friends will be challenged with our unique and exciting game play.
Our virtual games share a similar experience as our in-person games, the only difference is that the players are in the comfort of their homes! The games can be played on any computer, laptop or mobile device. Internet connectivity is all the players need to participate. The games are custom built around your participant demographics and interests and always include a bonus final wager round. You can play as individuals or as teams and we can design head-to-head games, round-robin style tournaments or an all-in battle royale format where it's every player for themselves. We build the game around your available time schedule.
Our in-person games have all of the exciting game play as our virtual games plus a post-game set of minute-to-win-it challenges for the teams to compete in. Our in-person games are custom built around your participant demographics, facility size and time window. We handle all the setup, execution and tear-down of the game. We can work indoors or outdoors. We have our premium games available for in-person game experiences including our custom built Mafia Murder Mystery Game and our custom built Bank Heist Game. Both of these games require teams to delegate and then collaborate. We also build custom amazing races that require problem solving and a high degree of teamwork.
Each team simply uses a computer, laptop or mobile device to enter their answers for each round and the app does the rest! At the end of each round, answers are scored automatically and the graded answers are sent back to the player devices so they know how their team is doing in real-time.
No matter if you are doing an in-person or virtual game for your group, the app makes it easy. It eliminates the wait times that typically come with other dated trivia experiences as there are no answer sheets and no manual scoring needed. More gaming, less waiting.
The first action we take on-boarding a new client is to have a discussion regarding the demographic profile and social interests of your participants. This gives us the base from which we build out game content for your game experience. It insures that the content is both highly relevant and engaging for the players. If we are doing an in-person game we schedule a site visit so we can have an accurate assessment of the space where the game will take place. This helps us best plan for the layout of the team tables and our minute-to-win-it stations.
Using the demographic profile and social interests list from our planning meetings, we customize the game rounds making sure to vary the types of challenges that the teams will need to complete. We then populate those rounds with relevant content fitting your audience.
Once we have your game scheduled, we will build a landing page where the team captains can register their team for the game. Or, you can collect the names and email addresses for each team member (or individuals if playing alone).
For our in-person games, we arrive 60-90 minutes prior the game start time and perform any necessary setup so when the players walk-in, everything is ready to go. Each team captain is emailed instructions on how to login to the answer submission and scoring app in the early afternoon on gameday. For virtual games, we email the players their connection links 60-90 prior to the start time
For our in-person games, our base price is $10 per player (we can invoice you or you can pay on our website). For our premium games (Murder Mystery / Bank Heist / Amazing Races), it is $15 per player. There is a minimum of 50 players needed for any of our in-person game nights or you can cover the difference if the player count goes below 50. Our premium games are capped at 10 teams only.
VIRTUAL GAME EXPERIENCES:
For our virtual games, our base price is $7 per player (we can invoice you or you can pay on our website). For virtual game experiences, there is a minimum of 50 players that are needed or you can cover the difference if the player count goes below 50.
