Game Time Adventures has partnered with Ankrolab Brewing Company in Naples to provide a unique, off-site event experience. This event is not open to the public and your residents/members will be the only people inside the brewery for the duration of your event. Read below for the details.
We will pick up your residents/members at a central meeting place within your community and transport them to Ankrolab in a safe and comfortable luxury bus from a local provider based on which company is available on the date of your event.
We will work with you to select a food truck option or catering menu that fits your residents' or members' taste preferences.
Each player will receive one free drink token upon arrival with a special discounted cash bar after that. Over 10 craft beers, wines, seltzers, bottled soft drinks and water will be available. Upon entry, each player gets one attempt to win an additional free drink at our drink-pong table. After the game, each player will be given discount drink tokens to use for either hand-canned to-go brews or for drinks on their next visit to Ankrolab.
After the players have had time to get their food, drinks and then situated with their team, we will begin the game. Each team will receive a QR code to scan with their phone to on-board their team onto our customized gaming app. When we begin, the game will be broadcast on the 8 big screen TVs and answers will be input into the gaming app. Five rounds of game play with our final Jeopardy-style ending. Prizes will be determined at time of game planning.
This unique off-site private event can be scheduled on the following days of the week:
MONDAY
TUESDAY
WEDNESDAY
THURSDAY
There are two time windows that you can schedule your private event experience:
11:30 AM - 1:45 PM
or
12:30 PM - 2:45 PM
There is a maximum of 50 players for this unique private event experience with a minimum of 45 players needed. Team sizes will be set at 4-6 players per team.
The transportation vendor we use based on your private event date will determine the transportation portion of the player fee.
The food truck or catering option you choose for your private event will determine the food portion of the player fee.

We will come and visit you on your property after we get some basic details on the potential dates and times you might be interested in. Once we have that information, we will reach out to the transportation vendors to make sure there is availability and then present you with some food options when we meet. After that, we can come up with the final per player price based on those decisions.
We can also help you promote the event with any imagery, social posts or flyers that you need for your residents or members.
